Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). Our standard shipping carrier is Canada Post. WireBasket does not accept orders being shipped to APO/FPO & P.O. boxes.

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received excluding federal holidays within Canada. Orders placed by 8:00 AM EST will be processed the same day. Orders received after 8:00 AM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Delays may occur in the case of extreme weather or if shipping to remote areas.

You have ​30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded. In the case that faulty or incorrect sale/promotional items are received, please contact Customer Care at

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
Your item must be in the original packaging. 
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. 
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. 
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping Cost

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non​refundable. 
If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
